6. "Blow Molding": During the blow molding process, the preform is placed in a blow mold. Then, compressed air is injected into the preform, causing it to expand and conform to the inner wall of the mold, forming the desired bottle shape. This process is typically carried out at high temperatures to maintain the plastic's pliability.
7."Cooling and Demolding": After blow molding, the bottle needs to cool to ensure its shape is fixed. Once cooled, the bottle is removed from the mold, ready for subsequent filling and sealing processes.
This process is known as the "two-step method," where the preform is first formed by injection molding and then shaped into the final plastic bottle through blow molding.
