1、�How to ship the samples to my place?

     We usually send samples by DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX express, within 5~10 days you can get the samples.

2、�How can I get some samples?

    You are welcome to place a sample order to check our superior quality and service! Normally, we supply free samples to our regular clients. For new clients, free samples available, but you need to pay for the shipping costs in advance. 

3、�What is your payment term ?

     We accept the payment terms of T/T, Western Union.

4、�How much is the freight of the transportation?

     The freight of transportation depends on the weight & packing size and your area.

5、�Which port do you use for exportation and importation?

     The exportation and importation port are Shanghai China.

6、�What about product package?

      We packed our products strictly with standard exporting carton or plastic film bag.

7、�How could you assure the excellent quality for us?

     We have professional QC to check all the products before packing.

8、�Can we have my own logo to be printed on the products or the package?

      Yes, we accept OEM service and we have done that for many clients.
